Geotechnical report, also known as soil report, are highly technical documents that can tell a lot about the most efficient way to design the supporting structure.
Structural Engineers are able to develop a cost effective foundation design using the values in the report which may save a significant money on construction.
Retaining wall design becomes substantially more cost effective when a reliable soil report (Geotechnical report) is available .
We perform site drilling and lab testing to develop geotechnical reports which are signed by Professional Engineers (PE).
